because these were actually approved and assigned a number when the dates were current, they just got around to mailing the approvals now.

What if H1-B extension is for last 3 years of total 6 years? It means,my first 3 years are ending in nov 07, and if I file 485, will I get 3 years of extension or 1 yr extension?

Yeah uscis is pin pointing from anything to everything. Some case they are asking for client letters, which is usually tough for a consultant to get, but nothing to worry for genuine cases.

How about you become core member and involve in overall efforts related to lobbying.
I promote more direct efforts like rally, mails etc than lobbying.

He will armtwist Congress to pass it like he got the Iraq funding bill passed (w/o plan for withdrawal).....We should have a plan to bring in our ammdts as soon as the bill hits floor again...

I got the Card Production Ordered e-mail today. No LUD even last night at 1 Am. Only one LUD today. My case is processed at Texas service center. And my receipt date is not with in their processing times.
